Appointments & Checking In

Contact our Front Desk at 850-303-3669 to schedule an appointment or for help selecting the perfect treatment. Credit card and contact details are required at the time of reservation. To ensure your preferred time and treatment, we recommend advanced booking.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment time to find parking, complete consultation form(s), and allow yourself time to unwind before your service. In consideration of other guests, late arrivals will not have their service time extended and the full cost of the booked service will be charged. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We accept gift certificated for spa services only. Gift certificated can be used Tuesday - Friday, unless specified on certificate. Please mention gift certificates when booking you appointment. *Spa Package provided as couples will have a service fee of $15 per person.

Health Considerations

If you have any special health considerations, such as existing injuries, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or any allergies or sensitivities, please notify our Front Desk team at the time of booking. Notify your therapist when you come in for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind, we hand blend ingredients for your spa service and your treatment time is specially reserved for you. As a courtesy to our other guests and therapists, any cancellations must be made 48- 72 hours, depending on spa service booked, prior to treatment day. Cancellations with less will be charged at 50 %, services less than 24-hours notice will be charged at 100%. Any Spa Packages cancellations with less than 48 - 72 hours will be billed at 100% of the treatment cost. No shows will be billed 100% to the credit card on file, plus 20% gratuity. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment this must be done in the above time frame by calling the spa.

Age Requirements

Little Indigo Spa is appropriate for guests aged 16 years and older. Guests under the age of 16 that are receiving treatment must be accompanied by an adult.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable clothing. For treatments, disrobe to your comfort level. Our staff is trained in proper draping techniques for your privacy.

Gratuities & Pricing

Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our guests.  It is customary to provide a 20% gratuity for spa services or you can always show your appreciation by referring friends, family and co-workers. Treatments booked for groups of 3 or more and spa packages may be subject to a % service charge; any additional tipping for exemplary service is discretionary. 20 % gratuity for Spa Package Menu prices and treatments are subject to change without prior notice. Gift Certificates are not valid on Mondays or Saturdays, are non-transferable, and non-refundable. Parties of 4 or more will be charged 20 % gratuity.

Loss or Damage

We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or valuables during your visit. Please refrain from wearing jewelry or valuables to the spa.

Spa Retail

Complete your experience in our retail shop and take the “spa” home with you. Your therapist can recommend products that are suitable for you. All sales are final. Sorry, but due to our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once issued, Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
